You will remain a Class Member in this Lawsuit and will be part of the Settlement Class. If you qualify, you will receive two disbursements based on a percentage of the vacant and abandoned property registration fees and fines that you paid to the City of Bridgeton under Ordinance No. 18-3. |
EXCLUDE YOURSELF |
You will not be a Settlement Class Member. You will not receive a disbursement payment, even if you otherwise qualify. You will retain any rights you have to sue the Defendants about the issues in this case. |
